Why do I know a product’s availability?

Products have different availability simply due to their demand, proximity, and availability. We also source our products from various sellers and vendors. The availability of products we obtain from them may vary depending on if the product is in stock or not. If a product is listed as out of stock or unavailable, it means that it is not currently available.

The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?

On the rare occasion of order delay, please check your email & messages for updates. You will be given a new delivery date, and you can check the status of your order by going to My Orders. 

I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

In case you missed a delivery, the courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day. For more information on when the courier service will attempt delivery once more, check your SMS.
